Who is a ‘mystery shopper’?

Business want to know how their people, ideas, products and communication campaigns perform when they are left to their own. This is where you, as a ‘mystery shopper’, can discreetly carry out a task that can help companies and brands’ strengthen their activities and strategies. To cite a few examples, companies want to know if:

  • employees are sufficiently trained for their jobs
  • sales staff is knowledgeable about the products and brands
  • customer service officials are doing their tasks with diligence
  • staff is in compliance with government regulations
  • products are properly arranged in a store
